Happy Christmas! I posted some pictures of the holiday cooking I did this year and got some questions about where I got the recipes, so I thought I'd share that all here.
From top to bottom:
Chocolate Chip Cookies - From Isa Chandra Moskowitz's Vegan Cookies Invade Your Cookie Jar
Biscuits - From Julie Hasson's Vegan Diner
Stuffing - From It Doesn't Taste Like Chicken
Mashed Potatoes - From It Doesn't Taste Like Chicken
Gravy - From Julie Hasson's Vegan Diner
Green Bean Casserole - From It Doesn't Taste Like Chicken
Cranberry Sauce - From It Doesn't Taste Like Chicken
Our main dishes, not pictured, were a Field Roast Hazelnut Cranberry Roast En Croute and a ham (the only thing on the menu not vegan, obvs). So basically the in-laws ate a 95% vegan Christmas meal. That's pretty damn good considering. And no, they had no idea, nor did they ask. So if you can make it, why not make it vegan?
Happy holidays, y'all!
