So I got a bit behind, shockingly. Week 6 I only ran once, mostly because that week I had three days of training in downtown Austin that totally ruined my mojo (I am a Certified Casper Admin now, though, so that's something).
Week 7 I got myself back in the swing of things.
Lately I've been averaging at least 2 miles per run, so if I work out at least 3 times I'll hit my goal. I'm shooting for 8 miles a week now, because why not?

I'll talk more about May as a whole later this week, as I look back at last week's run and break down what I've been doing with my workouts throughout the week.
