#5for30 Week 1 Results

I managed to stick with it through week one, clocking in an hour and a half of time on the treadmill, running just over 7 miles.

Last week I gave myself a challenge: to run 5 miles every week until my 30th birthday this August. I managed to stick with it through week one, clocking in an hour and a half of time on the treadmill, running just over 7 miles.


If I can keep this up I should be in pretty good shape by the summer. Are you guys ready for bathing suit photos?
