The photo challenge continues... with a video!




I could eat this super easy, super lazy, vegan mac n cheese every day of my life forever. I practically do.

For those curious, I usually throw in two slices of Daiya's cheddar wedge and two slices of the havarti garlic wedge. I like adding frozen veggies (usually corn, peas, or broccoli) and some kind of protein (lately I've been going with Gardein).

It's so easy to be vegan now that it's kind of ridiculous.
