Some people are better knitters than crocheters, or vice versa, so I always love seeing when a pattern in one craft is emulated in another. Like this Copycat Hat, meant to be a crochet version of Carina Spender's Lucy Hat:
I love the look, and let's be honest, this shape is much easier to make in crochet than knitting!
Word to the wise: the crochet looks to be written in British crochet standards than English. If you try this pattern out, you may need to do some translating in advance (or if you're adventurous like myself, translate as you go!).
