I went yarn shopping today. This is actually a big deal; since I left my job at Hill Country Weavers back in May I haven't gone yarn shopping at all. That's a long time, especially for someone that used to work at a yarn shop.

I got some pretty things for me, like a big ball of Berroco Brio to make myself a pair of Emmett armwarmers:
Not pictured is a second skein of tosh vintage that I got for myself, potentially to make a hat. I'm not married to the color yet, so that skein's permanence in my stash is TBD.
But really, I'm just happy I got to go to a yarn shop today. It felt right.
