Today I've been cleaning up around the apartment. I'm getting ready to renew my lease (yep, another year in the ghetto!) so I finally hung up a few things around my apartment that I'd been putting off these past few months. I reorganized my bathroom a few nights ago and hung up shelving on the walls. I also finally put up my school pennants! And all the while, Ronnie slept on the couch and Charles harassed him.
I tended my plants a bit today too… I can't believe how much my tomato plants have grown!
I have a tomato plant and a cauliflower plants growing on the porch. I think my tomatoes are ready for a tomato cage! Oh, and in case you're curious, that mirror is there because they left the old bathroom mirror in my apartment when I moved in, and it turns out it's a great way to get extra light to the plants throughout the day.
It's Memorial Day weekend so I have a beautiful three-day weekend to enjoy. I'm not sure what our plans are yet, but it sounds like the Alamo Drafthouse will be involved!
