in the kitchen :: chocolate yogurt instacake

I bought ingredients to make this new cake recipe by the amazing Isa Chandra Moskowitz a good week or two ago. I finally caved when grading papers was eating away at my soul and I needed a reward.

I knew when I took it out of the oven that it would be amazing. Look how perfect and smooth it is! And shiny, meaning it's nice and moist.

It was very difficult to wait for it to cool off before I dove in.

Had some for breakfast with some powdered sugar and mango preserves. It'd be better with fresh fruit, but I had to make due. Delicious.
