I have an unexplainable obsession with rockabilly fashion. I don't wear rockabilly stuff all the time, nor am I rockabilly in any way whatsoever. But I just love the fashion. It's vintage, feminine, sexy, yet practical and fun. And can easily be worn in professional settings.
I met up with the awesome Allegra while in NYC over the weekend and we hit up Enz's, a rockabilly boutique. And we both pretty much died from the awesome (and left empty-handed because it was a tad pricey). But we did covet a few things... While their entire store isn't on their online shop, there are some really cute things up there:
Like this adorable diner dress:
And this winter leopard swing dress:
Which would look amazing with these heels:
Modcloth has some killer rockabilly stuff too, like this Esther Williams one-piece:
(This is the suit I have, it's so flattering and comfortable to wear! AND it actually supports, which is hard to find in bathing suits for us larger-busted gals!)
And their must-have Hepcat dress:
Maybe I love rockabilly because I love polkadots? Or maybe I was just born in the wrong decade?
