I'm not the biggest cat lady in the world (that may be a lie) but I do love clever cat accessories. The winner right now is this vintage-inspired wall clock:
The eyes move at every tick of the second hand, it has a great retro style, and I love the brassy pine cone accents. And the bow tie. Bow ties are cool!
But in terms of accessories you can make ... this hand knit mat has been in my Ravelry queue for quite a bit now:
