Or, well, me. Anyway.

We're about 25% through the year, which seems like a good time to check up on my list of things-to-do in 2009.

1- Major stash-organizing. Eh, not quite. But I'm pretty sure I'll be getting more space in the house this summer so that will be my summer project.
2- Major stash-busting. Almost. The Warm the World stuff is boxed up and ready to ship. I'm planning on going to the post office tomorrow to take care of it.
3- Learn intarsia. Check!
4- Do more weaving. Haven't really done any weaving yet. I haven't felt motivated.
5- Start selling projects on Etsy/etc. I have sold a few things on Etsy, so go me!
6- Design more original projects. I've been making up projects, but not anything to make into designs. So I get a half-check on this one.
7- Learn to spin. Check!
8- Knit at least one project from every knitting/crochet book I own. This will be a big undertaking, but I have used a handful already.

So if anything I'm making progress. I'll take that.

As far as knitting right now goes, I'm about halfway finished with a Lace Ribbon Scarf and I'm trucking along on a Lemongrass Bolero. Both green. Not because of St. Patrick's Day. Just because I like green.

  1. Ooh, nice! I like green too.
I'm so impressed that you've learnt to spin and learnt intarsia in the space of three short months. Go you!

  2. Thanks! :) I'm a pretty quick learner. The trick will be to keep up with the spinning. The advanced spinning class is next month so I'll take that, and my LYS has wheels open for use so I can head over there everyone once in a while to spin.
