It might get to that point. I find a good pattern and then I make like ten of them. Well actually I think my max is three. I love Ysolda's Rose Red. I actually have plans for another one once I have some $$$. But hey, the real point here is to show off the Side Slip Cloche I just finished.
This was made using the Lion Brand Fisherman's Wool that I dyed with 10 packets of black cherry Kool-Aid. There are very subtle variations that add some depth to the color which I very much like. The hat is for my housemate, Ginnie, per her request. She loved the pattern and liked the color that my dyeing created, so she asked me to somehow combine the two. It's in the process of blocking right now. I'll see if I can coerce her into a mini photo shoot once it's finished drying.
